will find at the produce stand. Enjoy them and
feel free to send us your favorites that we
will try to post as well.

Marinated Cucumber Salad

2 Lg. Cucumbers
¼ teaspoon dill weed
1 Tablespoon sugar
¼ cup white vinegar
¼ cup mayonnaise
Peel and slice cucumbers paper thin.
Combine cucumbers with all ingrediants.
Stir together gently.
Chill for 1-2 hours stirring occasionally.
Serve chilled.
Very refreshing after a BBQ steak and burgers, on a hot day!
Swiss Chard

½ Tbsp oil
1 clove garlic,minced
½ lb Swiss Chard
1 small onion, sliced
Lemon juice
Heat frying pan, add oil,
Stir fry garlic for 1 minute.
Add Swiss Chard and onion,
Saute for 1 minute.
(Swiss Chard cooks down to nearly nothin.)
Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Zucchini Quiche

Mix well in large bowl
1 small onion chopped
1 cup Bisquick
4 Eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Parsley
1/2 teaspoon Marjoram (optional)
3 cups shredded Zucchin
Pour into greased glass pie plate
Bake 35 - 45 Min. at 350 degrees
Until top is golden brown, let cool for 10 min.
